We operate a very simple process in which our clients are paid a cash amount for an 'option to buy' their land. You will receive a non refundable cash advance from us and we will also pay all planning costs up to the point of permission being granted or the land allocated for housing.

We will agree a set minimum value that you are happy with and an open ended maximum value, allowing us to pursue the best possible value for your property.
